Ginkgo and waterlogging
Would a waterlogged soil over the winter be deadly to a Gingko tree, would it prevent it from being healthy ? Thanks in advance.

Most likely not provided waterlogging is restricted to about one week.
The Ginkgo can tolerate muddy floodplains to backswamps.
