Growing Ginkgo in Karachi, Pakistan

I am trying to find some information on growing and care of Ginkgo`s in places like Karachi,
we have 4 seasons, summers are from 32 to 42 C winters are from 15 to 22C sometimes lower at night to 10 C.
I have 3 ginkgo plants from South Africa , recieved 2 months back , have put them in a semi shaded , area under a tree, as the sun has been scorching hot around 40C in the past few weeks. All the three have retained 50% of their leaves one have 3 new leaves from a bud.
South Africa it was autumn when plants were shipped.
Please advice.

Ginkgo and waterlogging

Would a waterlogged soil over the winter be deadly to a Gingko tree, would it prevent it from being healthy ? Thanks in advance.

Black walnut trees and Ginkgo

I am cutting down a black walnut tree and having the stump ground out. I am planning to remove all the stump grinding debris and remove some of the soil around it. I am also going to cut out and remove some of the side roots and remove soil around them also. So my question is how do Ginkgo trees fair from the toxicity of black walnut trees? Should I wait several years or can I go ahead and plant the Ginkgo tree once I have removed the soil and roots and replaced with fresh soil? I appreciate any advice on this. Thank you.
